Who we are
BetPro Wallet (“we”, “us”) runs the BetPro Wallet app at betprowallet.org. It lets you deposit money, receive your BetPro ID and request withdrawals. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account details. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number and a password. If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us; we do not receive your Google password or your contacts.
Profile details you add. Your CNIC number, date of birth, address and profile photo, if you enter them.
Deposits and withdrawals. The amount, the payment method you chose, the receipt screenshot you upload, and, for withdrawals, the name and account number the money should be sent to. We also keep the history and status of each request.
Your BetPro ID. The BetPro user name and password created for you, so the app can show them to you. The password is stored encrypted.
Support chat. Messages and files you send to our support team, and their replies.
Technical information. Sign-in sessions, the date and time of requests, IP address and browser or device type, which our hosting providers record in their logs. If you allow notifications in a future version of the app, we store a device token so we can send them.
Usage and error reports. Which pages you open and whether you download the app, sign up, or send a deposit or withdrawal request (not the amounts or account details), linked only to your account’s random ID. If something breaks, an error report with the screen and your device and browser type. These never include your name, email, phone number, passwords, BetPro ID or receipts, and we do not record your screen.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To check deposits against the payment you made, credit your balance and create your BetPro ID.
- To send withdrawals to the account you choose.
- To answer your questions in the support chat.
- To notify you about your requests in the app.
- To prevent fraud, misuse and duplicate payments, and to keep records required for our operations.
- To find and fix errors, and to see which pages and steps people find hard, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only you and our authorised operators can see your account, requests, receipts and chat. Operators see this information only to process your requests and help you.
We use these service providers to run the app. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: hosting of the website.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose Continue with Google.
- Google Firebase: app notifications, once they are enabled.
- PostHog: usage statistics (which pages are visited and how many people sign up), with IP addresses anonymised.
- Sentry: error reports, with personal details removed before they are sent.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our users and our service from fraud.
How we protect it
All connections to the app use HTTPS. Access to data is limited by account: each user can read only their own records, and receipts and chat files are stored privately. Your BetPro password is stored encrypted. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Records of deposits and withdrawals are kept for as long as we need them for our operations, to resolve disputes, and to meet legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your information unless we must keep it for these reasons.
Your choices
- You can view and update your profile in the app at any time.
- You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account.
- If you signed in with Google, you can remove BetPro Wallet’s access in your Google Account settings at any time.

Children
BetPro Wallet is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Important changes are also announced in the app.
