Terms of use

Last updated 22 October 2026. By creating an account or using BetPro Wallet you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use BetPro Wallet

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use these services where you live. You are responsible for checking that.

2. Your account

Give your real name and a WhatsApp number you use. Keep your password and your BetPro ID password private; we never ask for them. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

3. Deposits

Deposits are from Rs 500 to Rs 100,000 each. Send exactly the amount you enter, to the agent account shown in the app, from an account you control, and upload the receipt. An operator checks each deposit before it is added to your balance. We may reject a deposit whose receipt does not match, has already been used or cannot be verified; the reason is shown in History.

4. Your BetPro ID

Your BetPro ID is created after your first deposit is accepted. Your username and password are shown in your wallet; the password is stored encrypted.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals open after your first accepted deposit and are from Rs 1,000 to Rs 30,000 per request, up to your available balance. Money is only sent to an account in your own name. Check the account details before you confirm: we cannot always recover money sent to details you entered wrongly. If a withdrawal cannot be paid, it is cancelled and the amount goes back to your balance.

6. Our checks and your account status

To protect users and prevent fraud we may hold, reject or cancel a request, ask for more information, or deactivate an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service, including support chat. If your account is deactivated, contact support about your balance.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, the limits and the payment methods. The current version is always on this page.
